She is a mummy to gorgeous Mila, a fashion blogger and the founder of THEFASHIONBUGBLOG.COM, where Laura shares her personal style, travel and also focuses on her experiences of motherhood. She’s recently been featured on Style.com and has been collaborating with a lot of different brands.

TELL US THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME ‘THE FASHION BUG BLOG’?
My husbands nickname for me is Bug so that’s where the name stems from.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE AESTHETIC?
Scandi minimalist with a bit of a twist. I love to mix high end pieces with some great finds from stores such as ASOS, Topshopand Zara.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR CAREER TO DATE?
I recently did a collaboration with Style.com which was an amazing opportunity for me. I love the website and their edit. It is curated by the editors of Vogue & GQ so that was pretty special.
WHAT PROJECTS ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
Doing something for Mothers Day with one of my favourite brands and I’m going to be speaking about investment fashion at the Sheer Luxe Fashion Day which is fabulous!
YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY BUSY JUGGLING MOTHERHOOD, FAMILY LIFE AND WORK, WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
When not working I love to travel. We go away quite a lot every year and try to visit new places (although we go to Ibiza quite a lot as we got married there and it’s so special to us.) I always come back feeling so refreshed and inspired and there is so much of the world I want to see.
YOUR GO-TO BRANDS FOR EVERYDAY DRESSING?
Isabel Marant, Zara and Frame denim.
WHAT ARE YOUR KEY WARDROBE STAPLES AND WHERE ARE THEY FROM?
Balenciaga leather jacket, Gucci loafers (I have a few pairs as they are so comfy!), Toteme turtleneck, Iris & Ink leather trousers, Frame ‘Le High’ cropped jeans, Illesteva ‘Leonard’ sunglasses, Rag & Bone t-shirt and an oversized cashmere jumper – Zara do great ones! And more shoes. I am a bit of an addict. I think a great pair of shoes can make an outfit.
BEST ADVICE YOU HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN?
To be myself. I think during pregnancy something shifted in me and for the first time I was 100% comfortable in my own skin. Life is so busy so you have to love being you!
IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, WHAT WOULD YOU BUY?
Everything from Chanel!
WHAT’S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?
Everything around me really. Women on the street that I see with amazing style, my friends, my mother. And of course Instagram!
TOP STYLE ADVICE?
Invest in wardrobe staples that you can wear again and again but also a few wow pieces that you can mix and match with those pieces.
WHAT’S ON YOUR WISHLIST FOR THIS SEASON?
I love Spring/Summer dressing so I’m so excited for the weather to warm up a little. A few favourites on my wishlist include Marco De Vincenzo plaited sandals, everything by Dodo Bar Or, a few pieces from Caroline Constas, no.21 striped flats, Gucci G belt. I could go on and on there are so many amazing pieces out at the moment!
