Rachel Zoe is an American fashion designer, businesswoman, author and high profile celebrity fashion stylist who launched her eponymous contemporary collection in 2011. We had the opportunity to meet Rachel during the A/W’17 Prabal Gurung show in New York, where we chatted with her about lifestyle and fashion.
She was wearing a beautiful full length gown and fur coat draped over her shoulders, and we can vouch that she is just as lovely in person as she is on the photographs!

WHO ARE YOUR ALL TIME FAVOURITE DESIGNERS?
There are so many amazing brands out there, but I would definitely say that Givenchy, Chloe and The Row belong to my list of favourites.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR CAREER TO DATE?
The work I did for the red carpet, the many collaborations that have taken place, but mostly becoming a designer. Definitely launching my first collection as a designer was something I am extremely proud of.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOUR BRAND IN A FEW YEARS TIME?
I feel like I haven’t scratched the surface as to what I want to do so we will see!
BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN?
Take one day at a time, because when you try to do everything at once things fall through the cracks. And also, you can’t be all things to all people.
WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO ITEM IN YOUR WARDROBE?
I would definitely say a jumpsuit is the favourite item I like to wear. It is so easy and works every time.
